Three Situations That Must Be Paid Attention To During Injection Molding Process

2025-12-08

As we all know, injection molding is an industry with a wide range of knowledge, strong technicality and practicality. The entire injection molding production process requires the use of plastic raw materials, toners, nozzle materials, molds, injection molding machines, peripheral equipment, fixtures, sprays, various auxiliary materials and packaging materials. These have brought a large workload and certain difficulties to the management of the injection molding workshop. Therefore, when we perform injection molding processing, we must pay attention to the following three situations.

1. Different raw materials require different temperatures during injection molding. Temperature that is too high or too low will have a negative impact on injection molding processing. If the temperature is too low, it will affect the color of the liquid raw material; if the temperature is too high, it will easily produce burrs. Therefore, we should strictly control the temperature of injection molding according to different raw materials.

2. During the injection molding process, we must also control the pouring speed. If it is too fast, it will easily produce burrs, and may even lead to overfilling and scorching. If it is too slow, it will shrink and break easily. Therefore, when we perform injection molding processing, we must control the pouring speed to ensure that the quality of the products produced meets the requirements.
