Therefore, when designing the shape, this point must be taken into consideration, and the wall thickness of each part of the product should be made as uniform as possible.
3. Reduce the grooves and protrusions, because the plastic parts and coating parts at the grooves and protrusions will affect the coating effect.
4. The surface of plastic raw materials should maintain a certain roughness. Metal inserts should not be used as much as possible to avoid corrosion.
